Insurance Providers: We provide Insurance Carriers, Workmen's Compensation and private caseworkers with non-emergency taxi and transportation services of patients. You will find our fees very reasonable.
Direct Pay Customers will also find our fees very reasonable. You may be covered with insurance for non-emergency transportation service. Check your benefits with your Insurance Provider. If your Insurance Provider wishes to negotiate our fee, we can be contacted Toll-Free at (800) 840-8098 or through our website.

We offer the standard taxi-cab rates to our customers together with the added benefit of discounted flat-rate fares, student discounts, senior citizen discounts as well as military concessions to any of our military bases in North Carolina.

Our flat-rate fares are available for out-of-town travel. We offer a 15% senior citizen, student, and military discount on metered fares.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
1. Full fare is due if the reservation is cancelled after the driver is already at the customer's pick up location for same-day or for advanced reservations.
2. For prepaid trips, no refund will be given when the driver is already at the customer's location and the trip is cancelled or there is no pick-up.
3. For same-day reservations, a 50% refund will be given for a cancelled trip if the driver has not been dispatched for the trip. A full refund will be given for reservations that are cancelled two or more hours prior to pick up time.
